MODEC is structured into three phases:

COMMISSION – Participants thoroughly examine the subject, uncovering underlying causes and consequences to establish a well-founded discussion.

COUNCIL – Diplomatic dialogues and negotiations unfold as participants collaborate to formulate realistic and actionable solutions.

SUMMIT – All proposed strategies undergo meticulous evaluation. Participants reach final agreements, shaping collective actions for lasting progress.

MODEC 2026 is scheduled to be held on 9–11 May 2026 at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, Istanbul, Türkiye.

The committees in MODEC are organized in three languages:

• 🇸🇦 Arabic
• 🇹🇷 Turkish
• 🇬🇧 English

All delegates must wear formal attire throughout the conference, as casual clothing of any kind is strictly forbidden.

• Male participants: Formal suits required in all sessions
• Female participants: Pants or skirts with long underlayers. Short sleeves, low-cut shirts, and skirts that don't fully cover the knees are strictly prohibited
